Delivery & Replacement Policy

Thank you for choosing BAHROON as your trusted online/offline product or service provider. This Delivery & Replacement Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products and services purchased through our platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policies.

Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase within Bangladesh.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the product or service.

Delivery Methods

We offer various delivery methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, and depending on the nature of the product or service.

Shipping Addresses

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • But we will sincerely attempt to resend the product, but there will definitely be a charge for this.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products or services may have shipping restrictions based on geographic location or local regulations. Customers are responsible for checking and complying with these restrictions before placing an order.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, customers will receive a confirmation email with relevant details, including tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a product is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), the customer will be held responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Bahroon 3-Month Replacement Guarantee

At Bahroon, every pair of shoes is crafted with premium materials and strict quality control. If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 3 months from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for our Replacement Guarantee, subject to the terms below.

Eligible for Replacement

1. Heel Defect

If the heel becomes detached due to a manufacturing defect.

2. Sole Defect

If the sole separates, cracks, or is damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

3. PU Leather Defect

If the PU leather peels, separates, or becomes damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

4. Adhesive Failure

If the adhesive (gum) comes off due to a manufacturing defect.

5. One-Time Replacement

Each purchase is eligible for one (1) replacement claim only.

6. Product Availability

If the replacement item is temporarily out of stock, processing may take 7–10 business days.

7. Size Exchange

Customers are requested to check the size in the presence of the delivery representative.

If immediate inspection is not possible, any size-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

8. Delivery Charge

Customers are responsible for the delivery charge associated with replacement requests.

9. Size Exchange Fee

No additional exchange fee will be charged for size exchanges. However, applicable delivery charges may apply.

Replacement is NOT Applicable

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Shoes that have been worn, used, or intentionally damaged.

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, surface peeling, or cosmetic damage to PU leather.

  • Missing or damaged stones, crystals, embellishments, or decorative accessories.

  • Damage caused by water, fire, chemicals, improper storage, or misuse.

  • Products repaired, altered, or modified by anyone other than Bahroon.

  • Size-related complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Visible defects reported after the delivery process without timely notification.

  • Any issue that is not determined to be a manufacturing defect after inspection.

Additional Information

  • All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by Bahroon's Quality Control Team.

  • If the same model or color is unavailable, Bahroon reserves the right to provide an equivalent product of the same value.

  • Bahroon reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice.

ডেলিভারি ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতিমালা

BAHROON-কে বেছে নেওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ।

এই নীতিমালায় আমাদের পণ্য ডেলিভারি এবং রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে। BAHROON থেকে অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই নীতিমালার সকল শর্ত মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়

  • বাংলাদেশে সাধারণত অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ২–৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

  • তবে পণ্যের ধরন বা অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয়তার কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় কিছুটা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

ডেলিভারির মাধ্যম

পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী আমরা Standard Delivery, Express Delivery অথবা অন্যান্য উপযুক্ত ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে পণ্য সরবরাহ করে থাকি।

ডেলিভারির ঠিকানা

  • সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

  • গ্রাহকের দেওয়া ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানার কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে BAHROON দায়ী থাকবে না।

  • তবে আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে পুনরায় পণ্য পাঠানোর চেষ্টা করব। সেক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত সীমাবদ্ধতা

কিছু পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট এলাকা বা স্থানীয় নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারির সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে। অর্ডার করার আগে এ ধরনের সীমাবদ্ধতা যাচাই করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিতকরণ

পণ্য সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হলে প্রয়োজনে Tracking Information-সহ প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে।

ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব

প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া, কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত জটিলতা বা অন্যান্য অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে আপনার সহযোগিতা ও আন্তরিকতা কামনা করছি।

ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন না হলে

ভুল ঠিকানা বা অন্যান্য কারণে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন না হয়ে পণ্য আমাদের কাছে ফেরত এলে পুনরায় পাঠানোর জন্য প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

Bahroon ৩ মাসের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি

Bahroon-এ আমরা প্রতিটি জুতা সর্বোচ্চ মান বজায় রেখে তৈরি করি। তবুও যদি কোনো উৎপাদনজনিত (Manufacturing Defect) সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, তাহলে ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ৩ (তিন) মাসের মধ্যে আমাদের Replacement Guarantee প্রযোজ্য হবে।

যে ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য

১. Heel সমস্যা

জুতার Heel উৎপাদনজনিত কারণে খুলে গেলে বা আলাদা হয়ে গেলে।

২. Sole সমস্যা

জুতার Sole খুলে গেলে, ফেটে গেলে বা উৎপাদনজনিত কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে।

৩. PU Leather সমস্যা

PU Leather উৎপাদনজনিত কারণে উঠে গেলে, আলাদা হয়ে গেলে অথবা নষ্ট হলে।

৪. Gum / Adhesive সমস্যা

জুতার Gum বা Adhesive খুলে গেলে।

৫. একবার রিপ্লেসমেন্ট

প্রতিটি অর্ডারের জন্য Replacement সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র একবার গ্রহণ করা যাবে।

৬. স্টক না থাকলে

Replacement Product স্টকে না থাকলে ৭–১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

৭. Size Exchange

Delivery-এর সময় Delivery Executive-এর সামনে Product চেক করে Size নিশ্চিত করুন।

যদি তখন চেক করা সম্ভব না হয়, তবে Product গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

৮. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

Replacement-এর ক্ষেত্রে Delivery Charge গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।

৯. Size Exchange চার্জ

Size Exchange-এর জন্য কোনো অতিরিক্ত Exchange Fee প্রযোজ্য নয়। (প্রযোজ্য হলে শুধুমাত্র Delivery Charge দিতে হবে।)

যে ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য নয়

Replacement Guarantee নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে না—

  • ব্যবহৃত, পরিধানকৃত বা ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত জুতা।

  • স্বাভাবিক Wear & Tear, Scratches বা PU Leather-এর উপরিভাগ উঠে যাওয়া।

  • Stone, Crystal, Accessories বা Decorative Parts খুলে গেলে।

  • পানির কারণে ক্ষতি, আগুন, রাসায়নিক বা অন্য কোনো বাহ্যিক কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে।

  • Customer নিজে Repair বা Modification করলে।

  • Size Issue-এর অভিযোগ Product গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার পরে জানালে।

  • Delivery-এর সময় Product পরীক্ষা না করে পরবর্তীতে দৃশ্যমান ত্রুটির অভিযোগ করলে।

  • Manufacturing Defect ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো কারণে ক্ষতি হলে।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য

  • সকল Replacement Request আমাদের Quality Control Team যাচাই করবে।

  • একই Model বা Color স্টকে না থাকলে সমমূল্যের বিকল্প Product প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

  • Bahroon প্রয়োজনে পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
